| International Chinese Kuoshu Federation (ICKF) President, Yang Jui Fong, issued a letter (20 June 2006) to all members of the ICKF informing them of the immediate suspension of: Grandmaster Huang Chien-Liang; Grandmaster Li Wing-Kay and Dr Tang Ching Ngee, from the ICKF. |

| Master Rob Simpson, representing the United Kingdom, attended the Executive Meeting of the ICKF, to discuss how the matter of Grandmaster Huang's suspension could be resolved: to decide on the principle and, without prejudice, to create a precedent. Following the meeting. Master Simpson was informed that a further investigation may be conducted, but that the suspension should remain in place until the results of the prospective investigation were known. |

| A year on and this situation remains unresolved. President Yang Jui-Fong has maintained the suspension of Grandmaster Huang Chien-Liang, Grandmaster Li Wing Kay and Dr Tang Ching Ngee, despite challenges to the decision on the basis that the decision was unconstitutional. |

| Since the suspension, Grandmaster Huang, as President of TWKSF, has arranged a World Kuo Shu championship in Singapore, International Championships in the USA and has plans for several more international events. Grandmaster Huang's promotion of Kuo Shu remains constant and undeterred. In spite of the suspension, Grandmaster Huang is steadfast in his promotion of Kuo Shu; and remains an inspiration and valuable asset for the promotion of Kuo Shu worldwide. |
